YOUMACON is an annual 4-day Halloween-themed anime convention, celebrating its 15th anniversary at the GM Renaissance Center and TCF Center in Detroit, Michigan.
✤ ABOUT ✤
Youmacon calls for an international audience of otaku (over 21,000) to meet anime voice actors face to face, compete for masquerade and cosplay trophies and shop for treasures of their favorite fandom. Youmacon's original events immerse you in the experience of becoming a Japanese chess piece in a game of shougi, leading a team to the Star in a live action Donkey Kong Party battle, and being served by maids in a relaxing cafe.
The fun never stops, because Youmacon provides "all-night" gaming and video programming, as well as a dedicated video/audio track featuring fan-created music videos and beyond.

Start off your Youmacon 2019 on Halloween Night with the Official Halloween Party brought to you by Cosplay Beach Party in the Ontario Ballroom (aka Ultra Lounge) located on the 3rd floor of the Detroit Marriott at the Renaissance Center!
There's dancing, mini-games, lots of free candy, and DJ sets that are sure to make a night that will put all the kids too big to trick-or-treat, back in the Hallow-day Spirit!
