The Hilton Tokyo's executive pastry chef, Osamu Harita is creating a world filled with lots of fun imagination, color, and various Christmas ornaments to decorate the theme for Alice's unique holiday tea party.
In a space filled with joyous people and a mini violin concert, you can certainly have fun and try out some of the newest Christmast Sweets & Savories (more than 30different types); as well as a over 20 types of tea including Germany's exclusive brand, Ronnefeld♡

A hot red wine mixed with organge, lemon, cinnamon and anise.

The adorable cake that stands on the buffet table has walnuts and almonds in a nougat monte limar with a hint of red and black chocolate powder - shaped in a skirt-like style like the queen of hearts♫

Caramelized apple and spicy ganache with quatre epice is exquisite!

A Pear wreath type mousse cake with the sweet aroma of tonka beans floating to the coconut mousse.

In addition to the usual selection of coffee and cappuccino, there will be 10 types of tea from the German luxury tea brand "Ronnefeld". And you can enjoy about 20 other types of teas that all go well with the dessert such as “Irish Malt” and “Vanilla Chai”.

✤ Executive Pastry Chef = Osamu Harita ✤
Born in 1979. After graduating from Tokyo Confectionery School, he flew to France in 2005. After being with an MOF (French National Supreme Craftsman Award) chef, Eli Caso, he worked worked in a 5-star Hotel "Le Meurice" under a Michelin 3-star chef, Yannick Alleno for the dessert department from 2006. Upon which, he was also given the responsibility for "assiette a dessert".
During the same period, he won a prize in 2006 at the Relais Desère Charles Proust Cup, one of the most prestigious confectionery competitions in France, and in 2009, qualifying for the chocolate category in the “Coupe du Monde de la Patisserie”. After returning to Japan, he served as a chef and pastry chef at his home-town in the pastry shop, “Nutsbury Farm” in Tokushima Prefecture. In January 2017, he became an executive pastry chef at Hilton Tokyo.
