KIMONO EXHIBITION in Paris

Yamatoka Co., Ltd., celebrating its 102nd anniversary this year, will exhibit at the Norwegian Rain / T-MICHAEL Paris flagship store in the Marais district of Paris from Tuesday, January 14th to 19th, 2020.

Yamato Co., Ltd. has opened POP UP shops in Paris and Taipei.

Yamato Co., Ltd. connects the world with kimono. They have expressed their desire to ”create an exciting world with kimono" and "respect for the individuality of the world" in their new vision "KIMONO DREAM MAKERS".

In April 2019, we announced our new vision "KIMONO DREAM MAKERS". We will connect the world with Yamato Footwear Co., Ltd. in order to realize our desire to “create an exciting world with kimono” and “I want you to respect the individuality of the world”.

Lined up: Men's kimono tailor "Y. & SONS", T-MICHAEL and T-KIMONO, haori and samue clothing using the technique "mud dyeing" used for Oshima Tsumugi, and knitted haori collaborated with the brand "COOHEM" of Yonetomi Textile Co., Ltd., a long-established knit maker in Yamagata Prefecture.

2020AW is developing items that can incorporate styles from a wider range of scenes, including hooded haoris.
